You will need:
2 Portobello Mushroom Caps
1 Pound Of Hamburger Or Ground Pork
3 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
Can of Spaghetti Sauce
Preheat oven to 400.
Pan fry meat with Italian seasoning and garlic. Set aside.
Then, do the “nasty” by using a spoon and gently dig out the dark stuff from underneath the mushrooms. I pop the stem off too.
Rinse when done.
Now back to the meat. In bowl, pour cooked meat mix and then add egg and cup of Parmesan Cheese. Give it a good stir and then scoop cheesy-meat mix into the mushroom caps.
In small glass dish, place tablespoon of butter. (Cut it in half so it’s not just a big chunk sitting there)
Then place stuffed mushrooms on top of butter and bake for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, top with mozzarella cheese and spaghetti sauce.
Bake for another 10 minutes.
