Since 1987, this epic pyrotechnic celebration has drawn up to 200,000 people to the Peoria and East Peoria riverfronts — making it not only the largest fireworks show in Illinois most years, but also one of the top 2% shows in the entire nation! 🙌🎇
🌊 The jaw-dropping fireworks display is launched from dual barges in the middle of the Illinois River and is perfectly choreographed to music broadcast across five Midwest Communications radio stations.
✈️ The event is also expected to feature a C-130 military flyover courtesy of the Peoria-based Illinois Air National Guard.
🎆 Fireworks begin at 9:30 PM on the Fourth of July.
