PEORIA, Ill. – Comedy legend and Monty Python co-founder John Cleese is coming to Peoria next spring for a screening of Monty Python and the Holy Grail followed by a live appearance.
“John Cleese: Still Not Dead (Yet)” will come to the Prairie Home Alliance Theater on March 25, 2027.
The event will begin with a theatrical screening of Monty Python and the Holy Grail, followed by a live conversation with Cleese and an audience question-and-answer session featuring stories from his career and the making of the film.
The event also celebrates the 50th anniversary of the comedy classic.
A local presale begins Wednesday, Oct. 7 at 10 a.m. Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, Oct. 9 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster and the Toyota Box Office.
