Dan Magennis of Grand Rapids, Michigan called Comcast last Tuesday to complain about a problem with his cable. By the time someone answered his call, Dan’s arm started to feel heavy and he couldn’t talk. Turns out, he was having a stroke! Kimberly Williams was the one who answered the call and was over 1200 miles away in Jackson, Mississippi. She realized what was going on because she SAW her grandma having a stroke years earlier, and knew the warning signs. Kim got on the phone with first responders in Dan’s area and they were able to get him to the hospital. The doc said had he not gotten to the hospital when he did, it would have turned into a massive stroke, and he could have died.
