A true Central Illinois native, CJ always knew radio was where she belonged—especially here in Peoria. That passion started at an early age while listening to Gary & Donna on KZ93, and it has only grown stronger ever since.

CJ earned her Associate Degree in Radio & Television Broadcasting from Illinois Central College and later completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. She’s currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Communication while continuing to grow her career in broadcasting and digital media.

Her broadcasting journey began at WMBD-TV as a Floor Director for The Morning Mix while she was still at I.C.C.  She later spent more than a decade at WMBD-AM producing talk radio before moving behind the microphone. Today, CJ is the Program Director of 93.3 The Drive, where she combines her love of music, creative programming, and connecting with listeners across Central Illinois.

When she’s not at the station, CJ stays busy giving back to her community. She serves as Vice President of Communications & Marketing for the Hickory Grove Elementary PTO and is a Girl Scout troop leader, helping create fun, educational experiences for local girls. She also enjoys sharing her love of backyard birds, gardening, photography, and family adventures with her followers on social media.

CJ lives in Dunlap with her husband, daughter Brooklynne, and their four very over-friendly puppies.
