Look out, East Peoria — the ducks are back! The 37th Annual Duck Race kicks off tomorrow at the East Side Center. Come out for food trucks, live music, and fun for the whole family, all while supporting the Center for Prevention of Abuse. Open at 11, race starts at 1.
