PEORIA (25 News) – The current Peoria Public School Chief Financial Officer and Board of Education Treasurer has submitted his resignation this week.
According to Peoria Public Schools District 3 board member Brenda Wilson, an email was sent out to Monday by Superintendent Dr. Jerry Bell to school board members about an “impending resignation” from Dr. Michael Curry, the district’s CFO.
The full contents of the email have not been verified, but a statement from Dr. Curry is expected to be released soon.
