PEORIA, Ill. – A Peoria woman is out on bond, after being arrested for hitting two children with a cord or strap.
According to court documents, 37-year-old Amber Brown was arrested May 15th and released three days later for striking the children, who are both under the age of 13.
Brown is due back in court on June 25th.
