PEORIA, Ill. – A celebration of art and community will take place along Peoria’s Riverfront on Sunday.
Choose Greater Peoria’s GO Day returns to the Peoria Riverfront along Water St. on Sunday. The free event runs from 11:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.
“This event transforms the Peoria Riverfront into an interactive showcase of art, sports, culture, and community,” said Abby Kaufman of the Peoria Riverfront Museum.
This is the third year for GO Day.
The event will feature local talent that includes the Peoria Manual High School Drumline and Cheer team, Flynn School of Irish Dance, and Peoria Players.
This year’s edition runs alongside the Big Picture Peoria Street Festival.
