PEORIA COUNTY, Ill. (25 News) – Serious injuries are being reported after a two-vehicle crash in Rome Monday morning.
First responders were called around 7:20 a.m. to Illinois 29 and Main Street in Rome for a two-vehicle crash with serious injuries.
Two northbound lanes and one southbound lane were shut down around 8:40 a.m.
State Police are still investigating at the scene of the crash.
