Coronovirus log. Day 1:
By Laura Behrens

The natives are restless. Its cold, dreary and rainy. The rules of lockdown are, THERE ARE NO RULES OF LOCKDOWN.

7:01 AM. Cries of hunger from every corner of the house. Prepare for breakfast rush.
7:25 AM. The only other adult leaves the kingdom to report for one last day before she too is on lockdown.
7:27 AM. I’m all alone. A chill goes down my spine. Who turned down the thermostat!?!?
7:45 AM. The natives have been fed and seem to be calm at the moment.

8:23 AM. cries of pain come from the NE corner of the homestead. What do you mean she hit you with a barbie?

9:31 AM. A welcomed, yet eerie silence. Oh no someone smiled.
10:22 AM. Not so silent. What do you mean she hid the remote?!?! This free for all in Technology is not going as planned.

10:39 AM. What do you mean your hungry again?. Starting to wonder if our rations will last for remainder of our lockdown.
10:49 to 11:55 AM Fed the native children for the 2nd time. Not 1 of them wanted what the other had. I kicked on the short order cook hat and met their every need.

11:56 AM. CRAP, my coffee is cold again.

12:22 PM. There seems to be a game of chase happening! How fun!!!! Nope. Not chase. This seems to be a game of hunt and kill!! A deck of cards seems to have disappeared and oldest hid them and youngest wants them. Apparently the 4 other decks that are exactly the same, are not the same.

1:09 PM. I hear faint rumblings of still being hungry.
1:10 PM. HELP ARRIVES!! The other adult arrives home to provide support.

1:10 and 10 seconds: In my car to get more bread and eggs

Cannot wait for tomorrows episode of Corona Lockdown.
