9:26 AM. No privacy! There was no privacy before, but now…. there is even less if that is possible. Had to potty. Shut the door. 4. 4 hands under the door. 13. 13 questions through the door. I was only in there 5 min. Its almost like they have a a sensor when Mom shuts a door and is by herself.
10:35 AM. Go to my office to get some work done and video chat with a client. All of a sudden child #4 (in his underwear) is behind me making faces. My client can barely keep it together. Then her 2 year old streaks behind her! No privacy.
12:16 PM. Eating my lunch, when a fork out of nowhere stabs my salad. Child #3 has decided my lunch looks and now tastes better than hers. Currently making myself another salad.
1:43 PM. Head outside…. cause its 80 flipping degrees…. to do our e-learning. Took a different approach… asked them their questions. If they got it wrong, they got hosed. Literally. Picture for reference.
3:49 PM. Had a phone conference with a client. Decided to learn from this am and have that conversation in my car. 5 min in…. child #1 knocking on the driver side window mouthing something. Child # 2 joins in on the passenger side window. Child #3 joins child #2 on the passenger side. All 3 of them are now mouthing something. After 10 min they gave up.
5:25 PM. Dinner cooked. Child #4 is a mean griller!! Call the kids in. Child # 2 and #3 are now in mermaid mode. They have their costume tails on, bikini tops… they walk in the kitchen and child #2 says, “whats for dinner”…. child #3, “I only eat seaweed”… and walks out.
6:35 PM. Decide since its “calm”, I will shower. 3 min in, look down because I feel something… child #5 has joined me…. fully clothed…. so, stripped him down and let him play. Why not.
7:05 PM. Everyone is in bed. Time to chill…. nope…. wait child #6 has decided to tune up. Bottle first. Then sleep.
