PEORIA, Ill. – A trial date is set for Peoria Heights Mayor Matthew Wigginton. The mayor faces a DUI charge.
Peoria Police say he was arrested in April after an officer found him slumped over the wheel of his Lexus SUV at the Hotel Pere Marquette parking deck.
A Peoria County judge has set the trial for July 20th at 9 a.m.
