* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Some flooding begins to bottomland not
protected by levees.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 18.3 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 7:45 PM CDT Wednesday was 18.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late tomorrow morning and continue falling to 14.9 feet
