PEORIA, Ill. – Peoria Police have arrested a teenager in connection to a fatal shooting at Bradley Park earlier this year.
Marcus Triplett Jr., 18, was taken in for questioning Tuesday after a search warrant was executed at a residence near Machin and Columbia Terrace.
Triplett Jr. was arrested in connection to the April 26th shooting that killed Jarvis Allison Jr. Allison Jr. had suffered a gunshot wound to the head, and later died from his injuries.
During the search, police reportedly recovered Glock handgun with an extended magazine, ammunition, and additional firearm components
Triplett Jr. was taken to the Peoria County Jail. He is charged with Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of a Handgun by a Person Under 21, Possession of Ammunition, Possession of Burglary Tools, and Violation of the Concealed Carry Act.
