BARTONVILLE, Ill. – Multiple people suffered chemical burn injuries after an incident at Liberty Steel in Bartonville.
Bartonville Fire Chief Drew Zachman says crews were called at around 8:50 A.M. on Monday.
Zachman says the three were treated at the scene by Bartonville Fire and Advanced Medical Transport, before being taken to a local hospital.
There’s no information at this time as to the cause of the burns. Zachman says Liberty Steel is conducting its own investigation.
