PEORIA, Ill. – A pair of brothers were arrested Wednesday in Peoria after an investigation into alleged distribution of illegal narcotics.
Peoria Police says a warrant was served at a house in the area of California and Virginia just after 1:00 P.M.
During the search, officers reportedly found illegal narcotics, drug packaging materials, and money.
46-year-old Demetreos Anthony Ivy was arrested for Distribution of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Unlawful Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine.
27-year–old Demontae Ivy was arrested for Possession of a Look-Alike Substance, Unlawful Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Distribution of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Both were taken to the Peoria County Jail.
